OK, safety must always be in place, but customers reach us to have fun and this is the field where we are really good: to provide unforgettable dives.
Then, once our customers are off the water (maybe while still on the boat), why don’t we manage to provide each of them with a personalized report of his/her own dive? The report could include their own dive’s initial and final position displayed in Google Earth, their own depth/temperature/attitude profiles, the links to the most beautiful photos and video related to the dive and the contacts of all their dive companions, of the dive master and, naturally, of our diving center.
SharkNet makes all this easy and fully automated. Before the dive, when we handle the SharkNet devices to divers, we only need to ask their names, licenses, few other data and privacy options. At the end of the dive, the devices automatically communicate to the SharkNet server the actual activities actually carried out by each diver. Such activities are then linked with the multimedia material of our diving center and with the profiles of all other participants to the dive.
All these information will be loaded into each customer’s SharkNet logbook (if they don’t have it yet, new SharkNet accounts will be created) and will be ready to be shared trough their social media.
If we wish, the same information might even be printed into a nice looking completion certificate and distributed to customers. Nice memories are easy to be kept!
